A customer of Rovaniemi local transport can apply for a refund for the unused days of a season ticket that was valid from 1 to 4 March 2023 during the bus strike. The refund is issued as a daily ticket (1-4 days), which is mailed to the customer. When your application has been processed, you will be notified by email or phone. It is possible to apply for a refund until April 30, 2023.

You can also fill out the form at the Service point Osviitta, Koskikatu 19. You cannot get a refund on the same visit to Osviitta.
